Welcome to Los Dos!
Arrive Mérida airport; transfer to hotel
Check in Casa Lecanda or equivalent hotel
DAY 1
French inspiration.
8:00am – Continental breakfast at hotel
9:00am – Transfer hotel/Los Dos; Introduction to Yucatán's culinary heritage and ingredients by Chef Sterling
10:30am – Tour of Mérida’s central market
11:30am – Cooking instruction with Chef Sterling in the Los Dos kitchen
12:30pm – Almuerzo (lunch) in the Los Dos dining room
1:00pm – Cooking instruction
3:00pm – Comida fuerte (main meal of the day) in the Los Dos dining room (includes wine/beer service)
4:00pm – Transfer Los Dos/hotel
7:30pm – Dinner at a popular local restaurant
10:00pm – Transfer restaurant/hotel
DAY 2
Back to the Los Dos kitchen!
8:00am – Continental breakfast at hotel
9:00am – Transfer hotel/Hacienda Vista Alegre for tour of distillery featuring local rums and the local liqueur Xtabentun
11:00am – Transfer Vista Alegre/Los Dos
12:00pm – Almuerzo (lunch) in the Los Dos dining room
12:30pm – Cooking instruction in the Los Dos kitchen
3:00pm – Comida fuerte (main meal of the day) in the Los Dos dining room (includes wine/beer service)
4:00pm – Transfer Los Dos/hotel
7:30pm – Transfer hotel/restaurant featuring the best in regional "fusion" cuisine

9:00am – Transfer hotel/Ki'Xocolatl featuring locally grown cacao and artisanally prepared chocolate products
11:00am – Transfer Ki'Xocolatl/Los Dos
11:30pm – Light snack in the Los Dos dining room
12:00pm – Cooking instruction in the Los Dos kitchen with guest chef.
3:00pm – Comida fuerte (main meal of the day) in the Los Dos dining room (includes wine/beer service)
4:00pm – Transfer Los Dos/hotel
7:30pm – Transfer hotel/popular local restaurant
8:00pm – Dinner
10:30pm – Transfer restaurant/hotel

Four nights’ accommodation based on double occupancy; continental breakfast each morning of your stay; two additional meals a day; wine/beer service during the main meal at Los Dos; one alcoholic beverage at all other meals; workbook including all recipes we prepare in class; complimentary Los Dos apron; all transfers, excursions and entry fees; all taxes and tips except as noted.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Air fare between departure point and Mexico; service tips at hotel; service tips at evening meals. Service tips to Los Dos staff are not included and are at the discretion of the visitor; pesos or US dollars are welcome.


NOTES: Rates based on two-person minimum, double occupancy. Single supplements available. Available as a Standard Package or as a Luxury Package. The Luxury Package features the same itinerary as the Standard Package but includes an accommodation upgrade. Prices are subject to change in January of each year when new tariffs are posted by third party service providers.
